To register for our services, you will need to contact us. You can call, text or email us. For faster service via email, please quote your Mpesa number and the amount in USD that you would like to transfer.

No, you do not need to create an account with us. We will only ask you to confirm your identity by providing a photo of your ID.

  1. Mandatory: a photo of your ID to confirm your identity.
  2. Not necessarily: a screenshot of your PayPal payment activity to review your limits and/or verify source of payments

In addition to submitting a photo of your ID, we will need a screenshot of your PayPal profile page showing your name and the business name.

 

We will process your payments if we can confirm that the owner of the PayPal account has authorized you to use it. To do this, we will need a copy of the person’s ID and their contact phone number. You will also need to provide a copy of your ID if you would like the payments processed to your Mpesa number.

The least amount we process is $15 USD. However, we can process as little as $10 USD at your request, though it is more expensive to process lower amounts. You will be advised on how much you will receive before making the transaction.

The official limit is $200 USD per transaction per day, twice a week. However, it is important to note that we review limits on a client-by-client basis. Consequently, we may cap your transfer requests to an amount that is lower or higher than the official limit upon review of your PayPal payment activity. We may also restrict or increase the frequency of your transfer requests based on the same criteria. To know your limit or request for an increase in the size and/or frequency of your transfer requests, please contact us.

Although we promise to process your payments within 5 minutes, you will usually have the money in your Mpesa account within 2 minutes. Efficiency is the language we speak best.

In the unfortunate event that we experience delays, we will communicate about such delays before you make the transaction and keep you posted until your transaction is completed.

We are open Monday through Saturday 8 a.m till 8 p.m EAT. Unless otherwise communicated on our Facebook page, we will usually remain open throughout the year even during holidays.

Though not mandatory, it is important to contact us before sending payments. This way, you will know when to expect delays and avoid inconveniences that may result from such delays. You can call, text or email us. Calling or sending a text message is the fastest way to get assisted. Should you need to make a transfer that is outside your allowed limits, it is mandatory that you contact us before sending payment.

The first transaction when you register for our services can only be processed to your Mpesa number. You can request us to process to other numbers for subsequent transactions. Every number you provide will be logged in our system in accordance with our privacy policy.

If you send payment without requesting in advance, the payment will be processed to your default Mpesa number. That is, the number to which your first transaction with us was processed.

Because:

  1. We do not cash out the funds instantly; we access the money days later. We allow a slight difference to cover for unexpected changes in the market rate by the time we cash out the funds.
  2. We are charged a currency conversion fee that is quoted as a percentage of the market rate. So, we also do not cash out the funds at the market rate.

No, PayPal charges the recipient of funds. The sender does not pay a dime.
